Ron McNair: CEO
CEO, Ron McNair, of Critical Connexion is a seasoned Finance, Systems, and Operations executive with over 30 years of experience driving growth and transformation across Media, Entertainment, Hospitality, FinTech, Services, Sports, and Technology industries. As a veteran in multiple industries, he leverages his deep expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and technology implementation to position companies for accelerated growth, capital raises, IPOs, and successful exits. Previously, as President of Global Business Services and CAO at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Ron led global finance, HR, systems, and treasury operations, while spearheading compliance, risk management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Through Critical Connexion, Ron has redefined business consulting by integrating cutting-edge technology with expert advisory services. His team delivers end-to-end operational support—empowering clients to focus on innovation while they handle execution and provide an ecosystem of HR, Technology and Accounting partners. Roger Gonzales: COO
Roger Gonzales is the Chief Operating Officer at Criticalconnexion LLC. In his current role, Roger is responsible for client service delivery and relationships, resource management, and day-to-day operations. He has over 25 years of multi-industry experience in finance, accounting, project management, governance, risks, & compliance.
Prior to joining Criticalconnexion LLC, Roger was a Finance Executive Director at one of the major entertainment studios, leading financial and accounting operations and projects demonstrating expertise in handling complex international projects and stakeholders. He has a solid knowledge of US GAAP and SDLC requirements, as well as Agile and Waterfall project management and system implementation. He also has a proven track record of successfully managing global programs including SOX Compliance, Internal Audit, Anti-Bribery, strategic planning, process re-design and implementation, issue remediation, and risk management.
Roger is an alumnus of the University of San Francisco with a major in accounting and a minor in French.
